Homework Remodels
 

I would like to say I am very proud of the proactive job our Board of Directors is doing to energize our organization. As a result other creative thinking, we announced at our last meeting that for the first time in our Chapter's history, we will be doing a drawing for a free local membership for anyone who recruits a new member. This means that if you bring in one or two new members, you will be entered in to the drawing for each new member. If you bring in three, you will be out of the drawing because you will have earned a free local membership.

 

This month we have a new announcement to help our members in their recruitment efforts. We agreed to make May, our Spring Recruitment Month. To encourage new members and make everyone's recruitment efforts easier, there will be no door charge for any guest at our May meeting. I encourage all of our members to invite everyone that may have interest in joining our Chapter. This will apply to all guests, including anyone who many have attended a meeting prior.

 

NARI is the only national organization dedicated to the remodeling industry. By standing together and working as an industry we all grow professionally. Recruiting new members will help our organization, with our new members and all of us as members. Plus it couldn't hurt if you ended up with a free local membership due to your networking efforts. I look forward to seeing you and your guest at our May meeting.

The easiest way to get to know your NARI members is to volunteer to work the Welcome Table.  Simply come a little early and work the table until 6:15pm. And they meet you! It's easy!

  

Want to volunteer, but don't know where to begin? How about an hour a month helping special events? Or making some calls on the Calling Committee. Perhaps you want to collect cans or tools at a NARI meeting for a needy cause.  Contact me and we can make it happen.
