Giving Thanks to All of NARI's Members and Friends

In this month of giving an abundance of thanks, please allow me to express my gratitude in your inviting me to join the NARI family this year. I have met many outstanding people and look forward to an exciting 2012.

Please take a few moments to see what we have planned for you next year and catch up on what you may have missed over the past few weeks.

As we kick of the holidays, I wish everyone a wonderfully festive season. If there is anything I can do for you as we wrap up the year, please let me know.

Cheers!

NARI Members enjoyed a fantastic dinner and program. With the constant changes in technology, we learned what options are available to digitally market our businesses.

Check out the ice sculpture that was on display at the program.  How cool (or cold) is that?

President's Message

Homework Remodels

I would like to personally congratulate the board for taking this bold move to improve our organization. I would like to be clear that unlike many businesses operating out of fear, our Board made this decision based on their ongoing vision of creating additional value to our membership.

I would like to recognize and congratulate all of our Chapter leaders that have worked together to reinvent our organization with the vision of creating value for our members, and thereby promoting growth for our organization.

Mike Daniel, our vice president, has been particularly selfless in volunteering to take on additional responsibilities to help our chapter. He deserves everyone's gratitude and thanks.

Next year's NARI president, Steve Lenzmeier, has been working diligently to insure that the 2012 board of directors will be just as proactive, if not more-so, under his leadership. I am sure that Steve will be a dynamic leader for our NARI chapter in 2012.

Please make a point to attend the December 3rd CotY Awards and Holiday Gala, as well as our programs in 2012.  Your support will help create value for our chapter and all of its members.

Here it is November and my term as President of Greater Phoenix is winding down. We have had a good year and I expect even better years ahead of us.

Our 2011 Board of Directors has done a great job of working to better our organization.   Steve Lenzmeier, Mike Daniel and I have successfully worked together to make some hard decisions and changes that I think will benefit our chapter for years to come.

The big news for this month is the Board of directors voted at the October meeting to make a dramatic change to how our chapter operates.

Following the changes Steve, Mike, and I put in place to reduce our Chapter's overhead, the Board has voted to eliminate the ten dollar meeting door charge for our members. This change will start January 2012. I'm sure this change will be welcomed by all of our members.
